X ensure maximum X IT services and provide excellent support to end-users while fostering across all departments. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise the Service Desk team, X, and ensure high-quality end-user IT follow company processes to meet SLA and goals.Administer, maintain, and support Level 2 & 3 IT infrastructure systems (Cloud, virtual servers, backups, telecom, mobility).Continuously improve end-user experience, system availability, and performance in line with company SLA and and maintain IT including inventories, diagrams, and procedures.Analyze, design, and implement new technical external service providers, ensuring they meet EMS s informed about emerging technologies and propose requirements and successfully manage IT infrastructure projects (software and hardware).Define and maintain the IT infrastructure project roadmap.Provide ad hoc support to remote for IT infrastructure and maintenance.Perform X as assigned, based on skills and company needs. & PERSONAL SKILLS Bachelor s / Master s degree in IT or a to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including team management.Proficiency in French and English.
