Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients throughout the deal process.
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
* M&A Experience: Proven track record in M&A advisory, with extensive experience in deal execution.
* Languages: Fluent in French, with excellent communication skills in both French and English. German speaking is beneficial.
* Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
* Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
