The MPLC US Direct Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing direct marketing strategies to promote awareness of MPLC’s public performance license and to assist the sales teams in driving more direct sales. This role involves developing targeted marketing campaigns, tracking results, and enhancing customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
* Identify and segment target audiences.
* Plan and execute email marketing, telemarketing, and direct mail strategies.
* Manage and maintain marketing databases, including customer data and mailing lists.
* Ensure personalized and on-brand messaging for each segment.
* Design and develop direct mail/email pieces.
* Generate new business leads and increase brand awareness.
* Coordinate marketing strategies with sales, finance, IT, sales operations, and external suppliers.
* Analyze campaign performance and measure ROI, including cost per acquisition and profitability by channel.
* Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all direct marketing activities.
* Maintain and manage the budget for direct marketing campaigns.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and other copyright compliance companies.
* Collaborate with the US sales leadership team to develop compelling marketing materials.
* Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
* Ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across all marketing channels.
* Coordinate work with graphic designers and copywriters for a small amount of partner advertising or marketing material creation.

* Minimum of 3-5 years of business work experience (ideally in a strategic or operational role supporting a senior executive, sales or rev ops team).
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively under pressure.
* Adept at data analysis and comfortable utilizing Excel pivot tables and other data visualization tools.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to weigh opposing viewpoints and formulate well-reasoned recommendations.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of tasks and maintain a structured workflow.
* Energetic, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
