Job Summary
The ideal candidate will serve as a single point of contact for assigned shop visits, ensuring all-time full visibility of engine events. They will lead engine shop visits according to the engine process, compare progress and material availability with milestone plans, and take preventative action against hinderances by collaborating with various teams.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned shop visits.
* Lead engine shop visits in accordance with the engine process.
* Maintain full visibility of assigned engine events regarding status and cost.
* Compare engine progress and material availability with milestone plans and take proactive measures to prevent hindrances.
* Develop special schedules with operations teams as per customer demands or requirements.
* Continuously improve related processes to optimize daily business operations.
* Organize and lead engine-team meetings.
* Provide timely updates on engine status in relevant systems.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree or Technician degree with Business Administration skills preferred.
* Demonstrate significant understanding of operational activities related to delivering a specific service.
* Prior experience (3+ years) in project and process-related positions in the aviation or powerplant MRO industry is desired.
* Solid communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
* Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic required.
* Open-minded and dedicated team player with high safety, quality, and cost awareness.
* Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is necessary.
* Fluency in English and German is required.
