Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.
2. Identify and engage new leads across SME and corporate sectors through various channels.
3. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Lead negotiations and secure profitable contracts with senior executives.
7. Provide market feedback to support product development and marketing strategies.
8. Maintain accurate forecasts, track performance metrics, and report on sales activities.
9. Support and mentor junior team members while driving a results-oriented sales culture.
10. Full sales ownership with strategic influence.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in financial services or international payments.
2. Strong understanding of foreign exchange, financial markets, and payment solutions.
3. Proven ability to build relationships and influence C-suite executives.
4. Experience in managing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets independently.
5. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., Highspot, ZoomInfo).
6. Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
7. Fluent in English, with proficiency in German/Swiss German or French preferred.
8. Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with a competitive mindset.
9. Willing to obtain relevant financial certifications (CISI) within six months of hire.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building and teamwork.
