Social media plays a pivotal role in shaping OMEGA's communication strategy and driving the evolution of the brand's digital footprint. As a vital member of the Social Media team, you will contribute your talents, ambitions, and inspiration to our teams on practically every continent.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to craft comprehensive campaigns that showcase OMEGA's luxury and watchmaking expertise.
* Establish and manage a detailed publication schedule aligning with the International Marketing plan, highlighting key events and product launches.
* Utilize social management tools to schedule daily posts and enhance brand visibility across all digital platforms.
* Coordinate cross-market projects effectively, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Design and execute social media campaigns guided by specific KPIs, measuring their impact and adjusting strategies accordingly.
* Act as the primary liaison between OMEGA creative teams and digital agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional content quality.
* Deliver comprehensive reports on social media campaigns and activities, providing actionable insights for future improvement.
* Analyze campaign performance to derive actionable insights and identify future opportunities, staying ahead of emerging digital trends.
Profile:
* A background in digital communication within the luxury sector (minimum 3 years), with prior experience in a digital agency an advantage.
* A deep interest in the luxury and watch industry, with a strong understanding of its nuances and complexities.
* Proficient expertise in managing both organic and paid social media, with a proven track record of success.
* Experience working with Asian social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, LINE, etc.), with a strong grasp of regional cultural differences.
* A bachelor's degree in communication/marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.
* Proficiency in Sprinklr (or similar social media listening and content management systems), with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
* Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite an advantage.
* Strategic approach, capable of interpreting data ecosystems into actionable insights, with a strong ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
* Creativity and flexibility coupled with a strong team-oriented mindset, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and French, with a strong proficiency in other languages an advantage.
