We are seeking a highly motivated and competent Polyvalent Talent to join our team as a Steward (50%) & Kitchen Helper (50%) for the summer season.
As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist your supervisors in the preparation of products for mise en place while respecting 5* standards in our main kitchen serving B Restaurant, Eat Hola, Living Room, In room Dining, and Banquet.
As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen, storage areas, common areas, cold rooms, and ensuring the application of hygiene and safety standards and rules.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in stewarding and kitchen assistance, knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards and products, fluency in French and English/Spanish, and a real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.
This is a seasonal position from June to September 2024. Due to visa restrictions, only applicants from Switzerland and European Union can be considered.
