We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as per now
Tasks Support in different administrative tasks within the sales and purchase backoffice
Manage orders and purchase orders, inventory adjustments, stock mutations, and master data within the ERP system
Support in organizing shipping of orders and logistical coordination
Handle various correspondence with customers, partners and suppliers
Reception and guest services
Backoffice replacement (holidays, various absence)
Requirements Completed apprenticeship as commercial employee
At least three years of professional experience in a similar position
Knowledge in export of goods is a plus
Strong skills to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner
High level of commitment, flexibility, organizational and independence skills
Very good knowledge of usual MS Office tools as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Native speaker of French, German or English, very good knowledge in the other languages
Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure, outdoor sports, young / dynamic)
