Description and Requirements As a Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for handling the assigned accounts and acquiring new customers in the Suisse Romande territory. The position we offer is a hybrid role and office location is in Geneva.
This position reports to Sales Leader and General Manager for Infrastructure Solution Group Switzerland.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:
You nurture trusted relationships with the accounts in your designated areas, understand their requirements, and develop suitable solutions. You ensure proactive follow-up, provide product information, and manage their needs and expectations.
You advise your clients and potential customers on business challenges and requirements as well as the available options and their benefits.
You acquire new customers and partners and support them while simultaneously maximizing customer satisfaction.
You plan, organize, and execute all commercial activities specific to the accounts, including the introduction of new products and marketing activities.
You create and implement business plans to increase Lenovo's market share while monitoring market developments.
You inform existing customers about new products and roadmaps, propose upgrades, and offer suitable transition solutions.
You configure, price, negotiate, and prepare sales solution quotes.
You drive revenue growth within your diverse business partner base by leveraging our channel incentive programs.
You collaborate with Lenovo's channel partners in demand generation and marketing activities.

Have at least 5 years of experience in sales of IT infrastructure solutions (hard-/software and services).
Have familiarity with the reseller and solution partner business in Switzerland.
Possess an entrepreneurial personality, are customer-focused, and able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations.
Have professional fluency in French and English; German is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Higher Technical Degree
MBA preferred
