* Offering strategic advice on insurance coverage and retirement plans based on the client's needs.

Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
* Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.
* Analytical thinking skills and the ability to assess clients’ needs.
* Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
* Sales, presentation, and customer service skills.
* Good organization and time management skills.
* Must be licensed or willing to obtain license within 30 days of hire.
* Self-motivated.
* MUST be located in the United States.
