We are seeking a highly qualified Key Account Manager Oncology (m/f/x) to join our team in Romandy/Ticino. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in alignment with our strategic plan.
The Position
In this role, you will:
* Visit oncologists and gynecologic oncologists to provide product information
* Develop and implement integrated account plans to maximize territory sales and achieve performance KPIs
* Coordinate the deployment of resources locally to prepare for the launch of our new oncology asset
* Identify, develop, and secure new and existing oncology business opportunities to drive demand sales
* Use key account management selling skills to secure oncology business for mutually beneficial outcomes
* Build strong relationships with target stakeholders based on trust and perceived added value
* Identify and implement scientific projects to establish Daiichi Sankyo as a trusted partner in oncology and improve patient outcomes
* Support local project development and implementation
* Cross-functional cooperation with medical, marketing, PR, market access, and other functions
* Ensure budget control and monitoring of local activities
* Adhere to applicable laws, rules, and regulations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A medical background or other scientific degree
* 3-5 years of experience as a pharmaceutical representative in oncology, with previous experience in breast cancer or NSCLC being a plus
* An established network and relationships with customers and knowledge of key accounts in the defined sector
* Knowledge of the local pharmaceutical industry and legal/health system environment, including pricing, reimbursement, and access
* Proficiency in French
* Independent, dynamic, structured, and committed work style
* Strong communication skills and presentation confidence
* High self-motivation, assertiveness, and goal orientation
* A hands-on mentality
