As our Head of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and scaling a world-class operations function. Starting as a hands-on contributor, you will design and implement processes, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive the seamless integration of partner clinics. You’ll also play a key role in rolling out new clinics and markets as we scale internationally.
Tasks
* Take ownership of Aeon’s operations function, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all touchpoints.
* Start hands-on as the first member of the operations team, managing key projects and day-to-day operational challenges.
* Design and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
* Build and lead the operations team, hiring top talent to support our ambitious growth plans.
* Deliver a world-class customer experience across all touchpoints, digital as well as in-clinic.
* Oversee the integration of partner clinics and ensure operational excellence across all collaborations.
* Drive the rollout of new clinics and entry into new markets, setting Aeon up for long-term scalability and success.
* Collaborate closely with leadership to align operational strategies with company goals.
Requirements
* Ambition and drive: You thrive in high-pressure environments and are motivated to build something extraordinary.
* 2-3 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or in a high-growth startup.
* A Customer-First Mindset with a strong focus on delivering outstanding experiences and building customer trust.
* Fluency in German and English (both are required) and French is a plus.
* A strong ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
* Proven experience designing and implementing operational processes and scaling teams.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and a mindset of continuous improvement.
* A passion for health technology and improving lives through innovation.
* Based in Zurich/Winterthur or willing to relocate.
