Job Title: Digitalization Lead –HR
Purpose of the Position
TheDigitalization Lead plays a critical role in driving theorganization’s digital transformation efforts by bridging businessunits and technology teams to optimize end-to-end processes andimplement unified information systems. Collaborating with keyfunctions such as Finance, Logistics, and HR, the DigitalizationLead focuses on process optimization, system development (includingERP), and driving adoption of digital solutions to align withstrategic objectives.
KeyResponsibilities
1. Business Needs Analysis andProcess Design
* Collaborate withbusiness units and process owners to assess current workflows,identify areas for improvement, and gather functionalrequirements.
* Translate business needs intodetailed specifications for configuring and optimizing unifiedinformation systems.
* Partner with stakeholdersto document current processes, design future solutions, and ensurealignment with the organization’s digital transformationstrategy.
2. End-to-End ProcessOptimization
* Promote processoptimization by leveraging automation, reducing redundancies, andenhancing system integration.
* Conduct impactanalyses to ensure feasibility and scalability of processchanges.
* Support implementation of processstandards and monitor integration across functions in collaborationwith stakeholders.
* Work closely with technologyteams to ensure solutions align with the overall digitalizationroadmap.
3. Digital TransformationImplementation
* Co-design and refinecross-functional processes with process owners, focusing onautomation and best practices.
* Develop and testend-to-end processes in test environments to ensure alignment withbusiness goals.
* Collaborate with projectmanagers, technology teams, and external consultants to ensuresuccessful system delivery.
4. ChangeManagement and User Support
* Drivechange across business functions, supporting teams throughtransitions to new systems andprocesses.
* Assist in the creation of trainingmaterials and communication plans to facilitate adoption of digitaltools.
* Gather user feedback to enhance solutionusability and adoption rates.
5.Performance Monitoring and ContinuousImprovement
* Track key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and identifyopportunities for improvement.
* Partner withrelevant stakeholders to report on process performance, adoption,and user satisfaction.
* Promote a culture ofcontinuous improvement by sharing insights and refining processesbased on feedback.

Education andCertifications
* Master’s degree inBusiness Management, Project Management, or a relatedfield.
* Proficiency in business processmanagement and modeling (e.g., BPMN, Lean, SixSigma).
* Certification in project management(PMP, Prince2 preferred) is aplus.
Experience
* 12–15years of professional experience, including 5–7 years in processmanagement, ERP implementation, or digitaltransformation.
* Experience in cross-functionalenvironments with knowledge of standard end-to-end processes (e.g.,hire-to-retire, procure-to-pay).
* Strongunderstanding of ERP systems and digital tools with a proven trackrecord in supporting digitaltransformations.
* Experience in ERP developmentand deployment from a businessperspective.
* Exposure to low-tech environmentsor frugal innovation is aplus.
People ManagementResponsibilities
- Influence and alignbusiness units and process owners to define and adopt end-to-endprocesses for digital transformation.
- Maysupervise external consultants and business analysts asneeded.
Relationships
- Collaboratewith cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment in processdesign, system configuration, andadoption.
- Provide ongoing support for changeinitiatives and monitor feedback to refine solutions and improveprocess performance.
This rolerequires a proactive and strategic leader who can navigate complexenvironments, drive collaboration, and deliver impactful digitalsolutions that align with organizationalgoals.
