The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for topics related to process and structure development, sales operations, market analysis and product strategy within the local team. In close cooperation with our Sales Team, they will generate data-driven insights and gather feedback from stakeholders to develop efficient business processes, while supporting sales operations and ensuring smooth transport and logistics processes. We are looking for a candidate that is based locally, for regular office visits in a hybrid model. The employment can be either a part-time or full-time position.
Your Responsibilities:
Sales Operations
1. Support sales operations with the organization of transport and logistics.
2. Conduct stock analysis and ensure the integrity of data between different systems.
3. Assist with product-offer related topics.
4. Ensure smooth sales operations processes by conducting and taking over various further tasks and deputizing the logistics manager when necessary.
5. Collaborate across departments to ensure that sales goals are met efficiently, handle administrative tasks like processing order management, and support the network to meet customer expectations.
Market Intelligence and Analysis
1. Conduct thorough market analysis, closely monitoring price developments from local competitors, while also assessing their sales performance.
2. Interpret central research for the Swiss market and develop additional mechanisms for capturing feedback – e.g. customer and prospect feedback, retailer feedback and media response.
3. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, guiding business decisions and shaping competitive strategies based on a deep understanding of the market landscape.
Management Reporting Structure (Sales Operations Dashboard)
1. Implement and drive sales performance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
2. Track performance based on the defined KPIs and act in order to close deviations if needed based on a solution-oriented mindset.
What You Offer:
1. You have a passion for electromobility and ideally automotive experience.
2. You are a true team player, like to laugh and can focus on achieving targets at the same time.
3. You have a structured working mode and have no problems working in a complex project with changing priorities and tasks.
4. Experience in Sales Operational Planning, inventory and ordering management being able to plan to detail and predict future trends beneficial.
5. MS Office, particularly in strong Excel skills.
6. SAP ERP, Salesforce and Power BI Experience beneficial.
7. English is required, any additional Swiss language would be highly beneficial.
