How you make a difference You are responsible for managing M&A projects for the acquiring Group units (such as Communication Services, Logistics Services, etc.) and are the central point of contact for questions relating to investments and participations. You take responsibility for the entire transaction process, including due diligence, valuation, negotiations and presenting projects to Executive Management and the Board of Directors. You work closely with the strategy and management teams at the various Group units and orchestrate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Legal Services, Internal Auditing, IT, Taxes, etc.). You continuously monitor and analyse market trends, competition and potential target companies. There is also an option for taking on an investment management role with respect to an international joint venture of Swiss Post. You support the optimization and further development of our processes, financial models, resources and tools. What you have to offer You have extensive experience in managing M&A projects and are familiar with the entire transaction process – from analysis and due diligence to conducting negotiations and presentations at senior management level. A university degree in business administration (specialising in financial management), ideally supplemented by further training in audit, CFA and/or CPA, is important for this position. You have extensive knowledge of accounting and experience in the preparation of financial models and company valuations. You impress with your presentation and negotiation skills and feel comfortable in the role of both enabler and challenger. You are used to a high level of commitment and flexibility in a dynamic working environment.
