Required Skills and Responsibilities:
* Software installation and support
* Make recommendations on software when the scientists request it
* Assist in software procurement
* Lab software updates
* Coordinate with instrument vendors to resolve any instrument issues
* Patching - 1x day per month after hours (6PM) for manual patch installation on lab devices
* Onboarding/offboarding
* Laptop configuration
* Assistance with documentation
* Big Data – SharePoint access and permissions
* Potentially pick up support requests from US and provide remote support
