A job that matters: your tasks Support group funding across all debt capital and loan markets including analysing loan contracts, bank negotiations and documentation; ensuring consistency of credit facilities globally to major syndicated credit facility (RCF), applying IC loan financing and documentation with tax compliant intercompany rating model. Support Capitalization of dormakaba entities: Equity/liability ratio, dividend steering. Support and take on responsibility in Treasury internal Risk Management and Compliance: Performance of regular treasury Audit/Review activities for all dormakaba entities. Guidelines/directives and system administration (Coupa Treasury tm5, 360 T). Support Risk Reporting: Counterparty risk (bank-monitoring), Risk valuation for Derivatives (FX, interest and commodities), compliance due to syndicated loan obligations, Treasury Reporting. Perform Financial Planning: Hedge Report, Funding Report and Analysis of Cash Flow planning. Support and perform: Financial Markets Regulation: EMIR-Compliance, Finfra G, FATCA, Bank external sanction reporting on request, SWIFT CSP and similar. Support and perform Trade Finance for Guarantee/Bonds and LC Management. Supports the issuance of financial guarantees globally, developing and training the Swift based TMS issuance to enable funding of subsidiaries, as well as all kinds of operational bank guarantees for clients and projects in special cases respectively credit line management and guarantee/bond planning (to be established). Supports and manages Treasury Systems (Coupa Treasury tm5, vwd, 360 T): Hosting, Administration and Group Helpline and globally responsible for Stripe dormakaba acquirer for e-billing and e-invoicing (dormakaba digital), ensuring SWIFT compliance in terms of SWIFT Customer Security Program (enabling and supporting the Self-Assessment). Supports and performs the Intercompany-Rating-Model. An experience that matters: your skills Graduated apprenticeship in Finance or bachelor/master degree with at least 1-2 years Treasury or banking experience. Berufsmatura / Fachhochschule or Bachelor/Master in Finance with relevant work experience on the job. Treasury related further education preferred. You work independently and in a structured manner, with an analytical approach and a strong affinity for numbers. You are fluent in both German and English.
