You will be responsible for validating our assembly systems according to the objectives agreed upon with our partners, focusing on deadlines and quality. This involves identifying technical problems, seeking solutions, and communicating them to the Project Teams. You will act as the central point of contact between partners and the internal project team for all matters related to the qualification and validation of assembly systems. Additionally, you will create and maintain qualification and validation documentation from the design phase of projects for mechanical, software, and hardware components. Leading the qualification and validation activities of projects, including risk analyses, protocol writing, and test execution during FAT/SAT, will be part of your role. This will involve both internal work and travel to partner sites, accounting for approximately 20% of your time annually.
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in the qualification and validation of automated systems, encompassing mechanical, software, and hardware components.
* Comprehensive knowledge of relevant guidelines and standards.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry is advantageous.
* Proficiency in French, with good command of English and/or German.
