Responsibilities Recruit, build, and expand your own franchise portfolio. Use our unified platform to grow your business and manage your recruitment pipeline. Achieve sales targets and drive business expansion through your team and marketing efforts. Foster long-term relationships with clients and potential franchisees. Work both remotely and in-person to recruit, train, and manage your team. Continuously develop and grow your business model using the resources provided. Meet sales team goals and yearly sales targets, develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies. Develop and train your team to better serve your customers. Grow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationships. Qualifications At least 3 years of sales experience, with an interest in franchise development and recruitment. Vision for scaling a business and growing a marketing agency. Ability to recruit and lead a team, building a strong franchise network. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and committed to long-term entrepreneurial growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality. Marketing expertise and knowledge of sales department best practices are needed for this position. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
