Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative Specialist Care to join our innovative and forward-thinking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly cardiologists, to promote Novo Nordisk's GLP1-RAs products.
The Position
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the cardiovascular field. You will:
* Meet strategic and tactical objectives and sales targets within your assigned territory, contributing to regional and national success;
* Maintain constructive collaboration with cross-functional colleagues to develop aligned Field Force strategies and tactics;
* Actively participate in internal meetings and trainings, contributing to the team's knowledge and expertise;
* Lead regional or national initiatives and projects when assigned, driving business objectives forward;
* Organize events and sponsorships in the territory as per business objectives and approved budget, representing Novo Nordisk at regional, national and international congresses/events.
Qualifications
* Paramedical or scientific education;
* At least 3 years of Sales experience in the Pharma industry;
* Proven sales experience and relationships in cardiology and strong sales management across districts, regions;
* Key Account Management/Sales experience in another industry area is a plus;
* Fluent in French and German and good knowledge of English.
