Main Responsibilities
1. Improve community interaction management and response processes; manage conversations effectively.
2. Train and oversee communication specialists.
3. Create engaging content in collaboration with the Social Media Manager, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and goals.
4. Analyze engagement metrics, identify trends, and propose action plans to boost brand presence and community satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with support, marketing, and product development teams to relay community feedback and ensure brand consistency.
6. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
7. Stay updated with digital technology trends and apply this knowledge to develop community engagement strategies.
Requirements
1. Prior experience in a similar role.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling personalized interactions across diverse platforms.
3. Proficiency in English and Russian languages, both spoken and written.
4. Familiarity with analytics tools for monitoring social media outlets, interpreting metrics, and implementing improvements.
5. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable engagement tactics.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
