About The Role
At Nutreco Switzerland GmbH (NCH), we’re building the foundation for NutEx’s Global Supply Point for PhytoComplexes, part of our “Nutreco’s Garden of The Future”. With the launch of our first commercial products on the horizon, we’re looking for a dynamic Quality Manager to drive our quality systems forward.
As the Quality Manager for NutEx, based in Arbon (TG), Switzerland, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and elevating the quality function within NutEx/Phytotechnology. You will lead with impact, ensuring that our quality standards not only meet but exceed the global expectations of Nutreco.

Responsibilities
You will collaborate with key leaders such as the Upstream Manager, Discovery Director, Plant Production Group, and Supply Chain Manager to ensure end-to-end Feed to Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) compliance across all phases — from development to production.
Align NutEx with Nutreco’s global quality standards (e.g. Nutrace), ensuring that every product meets rigorous international standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting NutEx to Nutreco’s global quality network, leveraging shared expertise and best practices.
Be the face of NutEx for external certification bodies and regulatory authorities, ensuring all certifications are maintained and achieved with excellence. You’ll also support the product development team in designing world-class product specifications.
As NutEx grows, so will your responsibilities. This role will evolve, giving you the opportunity to lead the quality function of tomorrow in a rapidly developing industry.
