Your place of work: Stans, Switzerland
Your Tasks
1. Processing and coordinating spare parts orders from Subsidiaries and Service Centers
2. Monitoring of parts availability within the global Pilatus network
3. Responding to spare parts related queries
4. Interfacing between internal departments such as logistics, procurement, accounting, export compliance, engineering etc.
5. Processing of spare parts offers
With this you convince us
6. Technical or commercial education
7. Customer Service experience, especially in aviation considered as a plus
8. Experienced with ERPs preferably SAP
9. English level B2
10. Ability to prioritize as required by urgency and taking ownership as well as naturally manage your stakeholders
11. Working independently but being a team player at the same time
