You will report directly to the CCO and have a key role in the organization as an HR Generalist. Your responsibilities include:
HR Tasks (70%)
* Primary point of contact for local employee inquiries on all HR-related topics
* Management of the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
* Supporting employees' needs and concerns while fostering a positive and engaged work environment
* Coordination of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes
* Support for performance reviews, employee development, and training initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies in HR matters
* Point of contact for authorities, coordination of legal documents, and ensuring compliance with local regulations
General Office Tasks (30%)
* Coordination of office facilities, maintenance management, event organization, and budget monitoring
* Oversight of office operations, office supplies and systems management, handling correspondence and documents
* Planning and organizing office activities/travels, and providing back-office support
Minimum Requirements:
* Successfully completed qualification in HR
* Several years of work experience in Switzerland as an HR Generalist or similar role
* Strong expertise in local HR regulations, company policies and processes, as well as compliance requirements
* Previous experience in a multinational, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
* Fluent in (Swiss) German and English
* Proficient in MS Office and affinity for systems
* Open and communicative personality, able to interact at all levels of an organization
* High degree of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
* Efficient problem-solver with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Initiative and proactivity combined with the ability to develop and improve processes
* Willingness to shape and promote positive change in the workplace
