We're looking for a Payments & Investigations Specialist for Corporate Clients:
• act as direct Payments Services Investigations Specialist for payment inquiries of corporate and multinational clients
• investigate inquiries around payments and cash management products and processes
• handle global cash movements in all currencies and bank products
• manage large payments, monitoring flows across systems within our firm
• investigate the status of payments which were not processed as expected
Your team
You'll be working in the Customer Relations Zürich team in Opfikon. We ensure timely and correct execution of payment orders and other payments and cash management related services. As a Payments Services Investigations Specialist you will be part of our experienced Payments Customer Relations Team in Opfikon and act directly with our clients.

Your expertise
• very fluent in German and English; every other language would be an advantage
• strong focus on quality, accuracy and timely delivery
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• experience in payments is a strong plus
