Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design and implementation of scalable software systems using modern technologies. Enhance and expand back-end systems to meet evolving business needs. Refactor and optimize existing codebases to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the team. Your Profile A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with strong expertise in C#. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, and experience with .NET (preferably .NET 8.0). Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
