In this role, you ensure continuity of our platform design by collaborating with software, machines and testing teams as part of Schindler's global matrix organization.Your new challenges include:Evaluating and demonstrating the technical feasibility of electronic components and subsystems including embedded controls hardware for power electronics applications.End-to-end development (analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, verifying) of new electronic components and new electronic systems.Planning and executing hardware development projects while ensuring alignment with cost and reliability targets.Leading the development and continuing improvement of embedded controls PCB's for power electronics applications including schematics, layout, and design for manufacturing.Preparing, supporting, and moderating FMEA's and Design-FMEA's on component, PCBA, and system level including consideration of relevant standards.You are a proactive and reliable team player with strong problem-solving skills. Your analytical thinking, combined with clear and effective communication, enable you to tackle technical matters precisely. You excel in collaboration, adapt to new challenges, and take ownership of your work with a structured and organized approach.
