Job Description
Quality Assurance:
1. Plan and conduct internal audits, issue and present audit reports.
2. Assist in investigations and perform assessment and verification for the effectiveness of corrective actions associated with audit observations and CAPAs.
3. Collect and assess supplier qualification and purchasing data; maintain supplier qualification files and perform supplier audits.
4. Key team member on 3rd party audits: monitor chats, retrieve documents, create copies, number and record documents. Keep records for requests and maintain logs and master files for 3rd party audits.
Document Control:
1. Lead and coordinate Document Control team members engaged in processing quality system documents through routing, reviews, and approvals.
2. Review documents for format, document changes, required attachments, and enter applicable fields in the e-QMS, ensuring that they are completed correctly.
3. Ensure documents are added to the Company’s document history files and design history files (hard copy and eQMS), according to the Company’s Document Control and Change Control procedures.
4. Plan, coordinate, and perform Quality-related trainings.
5. Plan, coordinate, and maintain archiving activities (in-house and off-site).
Your Profile:
1. Completed administrative education.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
3. Leadership experience is preferred.
4. Very good English skills are a must, both oral and written; French and/or German desirable, any other language is a plus.
5. Excellent professional IT skills (especially in MS Office).
6. Very well structured, organized, and flexible.
7. Ability to work as a team; very good communication with internal and external personnel.
