The position
As our Sales Representative Specialist Care, you will cultivate and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), particularly cardiologists, using multiple communication channels (e.g., face-to-face, remote detailing) to promote Novo Nordisk's GLP1-RAs products with a focus on cardiometabolic and health benefits. In addition, you will also: Meet strategic and tactical objectives and sales targets within your assigned territory, contributing to regional and national success Maintain constructive collaboration with cross-functional colleagues (e.g., First Line Sales Manager, Primary Care Customer Representative, Specialist Customer Representative Metabolic, MSLM) to develop aligned Field Force strategies and tactics. Implement action plans effectively, including account plans and territory business plans Actively participate in internal meetings and trainings, contributing to the team's knowledge and expertise Lead regional or national initiatives and projects when assigned, driving business objectives forward Organize events and sponsorships in the territory as per business objectives and approved budget as well as represent Novo Nordisk at regional, national and international congresses/events. Share expertise as a speaker/moderator where required. Qualifications Paramedical or scientific education, SHQA-Certificate is a plus At least 3 years of Sales experience in the Pharma industry Proven sales experience and relationships in cardiology and strong sales management across districts, regions Key Account Management/Sales experience in another industry area is a plus Fluent in French and German and good knowledge of English About the Commercial Unit Novo Nordisk Pharma AG is the Swiss Affiliate, with over 90 employees, located at the Circle, Zurich Airport.
