Our goal is to develop talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the world. We're seeking a Marketing Trainee Cardiometabolic Health for a 1-year internship position.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
The Marketing Trainee will support the Cardiometabolic Health (CMH) marketing team in executing the operational plan. With guidance from the supervisor/brand manager, the trainee will collaborate closely with the local cross-functional brand team to learn marketing processes and help achieve team goals.
A successful marketing trainee:
* Develops a strong understanding of the relevant therapeutic area, key scientific data, and main competitors to inform commercial strategies.
* Understands market landscapes in Switzerland, including science behind products, competitive development efforts, and value needs of patients, caregivers, and physicians.
* Supports the development and launch of promotional materials with internal and external partners and implements Omnichannel Engagement tactics.
* Participates in marketing governance locally and internationally.
Qualifications:
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmaceutical/marketing/sales/medical/scientific fields with a strong interest in working in the pharmaceutical area. You are a French or German native speaker with good proficiency in English and the other language. You are goal-oriented, detail-focused, and able to deliver projects on time. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player mindset.
Location: Geneva. This role requires a valid work permit in Switzerland.
