Purpose
You have the opportunity to drive excellence in reporting and analytics capabilities across the entire supply chain organization. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Business Intelligence to lead and enhance reporting capabilities, ensuring standardization, harmonization, and scalability.
As part of the Supply Chain Strategy & Innovation team, you will be instrumental in creating visibility to increase the proactive management of our business operations.
Key Accountabilities
* Create scalable data visualizations and effectively communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
* Utilize SQL queries to identify relationships and causality across data to address critical management inquiries and increase business impact.
* Lead the creation of business requirements and translate them to technical and data needs for the Data Transformation team.
* Secure one version of truth by actively standardizing, harmonizing, and scaling reporting capabilities.
* Ensure that all relevant metrics are timely developed, harmonized across markets, and consistently documented.
* Drive the deployment of reporting capabilities, including conducting thorough validation processes and onboarding the Supply Chain reporting user community.
* Continuously challenge the status quo by evaluating reporting capabilities and defining areas of improvement.
* Identify business opportunities and provide strategic inputs for optimizing supply chain performance by leveraging data analytics and intelligence.
* Utilize implemented advanced analytics tools and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement and nurture a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing within supply chain.

Qualifications
* Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational environment.
* Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, supply chain, or a related field; Master's preferred.
* Proven experience in business intelligence roles with strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, tools, and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Good understanding of supply chain principles, operating practices, logistics terminology, basic finance, and management of cross-functional interdependencies.
