Account Manager Urology (m/f/d)
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Urology division in Region West- and South-Switzerland as we seek an experienced professional to drive the commercial success of our urology products.
* Develop and execute growth-oriented sales strategies to increase market share and expand product distribution.
* Serve as a key contact point for medical management, medical staff, and purchasing departments.
* Secure preparation and execution of critical negotiations.
* Create customized sales concepts and implement them effectively.
* Deliver customer training, attend congresses, and participate in trade fairs.
* Cultivate constructive relationships within diverse team structures.
Your Profile
* You hold a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field, along with a business education background.
* You have at least five years of experience in medical device distribution, preferably in the hospital sector.
* You possess strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* You are proficient in spoken and written French, Italian, and English, with a willingness to travel extensively.
