1. Full responsibility for your own station – from mise en place to the final plate presentation
2. Creative input in developing new dishes and menus in close collaboration with the Head Chef
3. Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP regulations
4. Leading and motivating your team, including training Commis de Cuisine and Demi Chefs
5. Close coordination with other stations and departments to ensure a smooth service flow
6. Optimizing processes and actively contributing to the further development of our culinary concept
This is you
7. Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
8. Passion for excellent products and a meticulous eye for presentation
9. Structured and organized working style – able to stay on top of things even in high-pressure situations
10. A team player with leadership skills and the ability to mentor young talents
11. Creativity and openness to innovative trends and culinary developments
12. Languages: Italian required, additional languages are a plus
