We are looking for a Webmaster to join the Marketing team of one of our dynamic and ambitious clients, based in Lausanne, and support the growth of their direct-to-consumer platform.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Solution Architect, you will manage and optimize their website, ensuring smooth operations, product merchandising, and data-driven improvements.
Your Responsibilities
Maintain and update the website (product listings, landing pages, promotions).
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers.
Manage and optimize product catalogs on Shopify and Amazon.
Monitor pricing, inventory, and promotions in alignment with marketing campaigns.
Track website and product performance using Google Analytics and Shopify reports.
Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure a seamless online experience.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in web marketing, digital media, e-commerce, web design or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, web management, or digital merchandising.
Experience in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting.
Analytical mindset, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
Knowledge of SEO, Figma, Framer, Klaviyo, and A/B testing is a plus.
