Job Description
Part of the process engineering team for combustion and steam generation in Energy from Waste (EfW) projects.
Develop process concepts, guidelines, and specifications during project execution and tendering.
Prepare and maintain P&IDs and process engineering data in CAE tools (Comos).
Provide process engineering input to internal and external parties, including equipment and packages, EIC, layout, suppliers, and clients.
Coordinate the integration of systems into the plant, ensuring proper specifications and interfaces.
Define advanced process control schemes for the DCS of the plant.
Participate in factory acceptance tests for process control systems (DCS / SIS).
Support commissioning team on-site and remotely in troubleshooting, controller tuning, and combustion control after plant startup.
Qualifications
Degree in Process-, Control-, or Environmental Engineering.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proactive, curious, and team-oriented personality.
Experience with engineering tools (CAE, preferably Comos).
Fluency in English; German is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
