Job Title: Junior Storage Solution Sales Manager
Job Location: Zurich, Switzerland
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Solution Presales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing pre-sales strategies, providing technical expertise, and building strong technical relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the sales team by creating solution proposals, technical presentations, testing preparation, and building close relationships with technical customers.
* Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, and tailor the storage solution to address those specific requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical customers (admins, leaders of storage teams), understanding their evolving needs and showing the value of our solutions.
* Assist in the creation of proposals and quotes to meet customer specifications and ensure profitability.
* Provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales activities, including solution design and configuration.
* Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry and provide insights to the sales and product teams.
Requirements:
* Recently graduated (2023-2024) with a bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
* Able to quickly learn and master company’s storage products and services, as well as identify and communicate customer needs and requirements.
* Experience in a storage pre-sales role within the information technology industry would be a plus.
* Excellent and proactive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficiency in both German and English (French is nice to have); related certifications in IT would be a plus.
