IT Support Specialist (80-100%) Your responsibilities: Providing 2nd and 3rd Level support to end users via phone, email, chat or in person
Processing incidents, problems, and service request tickets in our ITSM Tool
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Document support activities, solutions, and resolutions for future references
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications and peripheral devices
Your profile: Education in Information Technology
Proven experience in providing technical support to end users in a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows) and productivity software (M365)
Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, Citrix, MS Exchange, Jira & Confluence
Driving license and willingness to travel to regional airports
