We are looking for a (Senior) Business Development Manager (f/m/d) to join our branches in Geneva and Zurich.
What does this mean in practice?
Our Interim Managers (f/m/d) are experts in their fields (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, General Management, Legal, Sales & Marketing, IT, PMO, Project Management), supporting companies in temporary projects, both in terms of business continuity and within the context of change management.
Your Responsibilities:
* Proactive approach to clients from middle management to executive and C-level.
* Acquisition of vacant projects to further develop new and existing business.
* 100% client-focused - you will expand your strong local network through both phone and in-person interactions.
* In close coordination with the team responsible for recruiting and managing freelancers, you will oversee the entire project staffing process, from matching candidates with clients, cost monitoring, to successful contract conclusion.
* Primary contact for acquired clients and freelancers throughout the project duration.
* Analyzing the market and sharing recruiting trends with your clients.
* As a dedicated team player, you will work closely with your colleagues for optimal cross-selling.
Your Profile:
* Completed degree or a comparable qualification.
* Several years of experience in sales - ideally in the personnel services industry.
* Winning mentality and motivation to achieve outstanding results - demonstrated by a proven track record in sales.
* Ability to adapt flexibly to a dynamic and high-performance environment.
* Excellent networking skills and strong communication abilities - (for Zurich also in German and for Geneva also in French).
