We are seeking a dynamic individual to become our go to expert in building partnerships with innovative companies. As a key player in our team, you will cultivate and nurture relationships with cutting edge companies, positioning us as the CDMO partner of choice for their peptide and small molecule API development needs. You will drive business growth by boosting our win rate on RFPs, engaging both potential and existing customers with compelling proposals and solutions. Additionally, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences to our high touch client base, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism. How youll spend your day Work closely with the business intelligence group to identify new potential clients based on technologies within TAPIs network with a particular emphasis on peptides and small molecule APIs. Develop and implement a territory plan that will support sales target achievement. Build relationships and business with new clients in the relevant region assigned, assuring to meet KPIs and sales targets. Increase TAPIs brand awareness by attending industry trade shows as well as visiting customers. Focus on early stage opportunities between pre clinical to Phase 2b/3 with biotech and innovative pharmaceutical companies. Work closely with the program management team from the RFP process through the stages of the project with the client to maximize proposal win rates. Ensure the RFP is created to best in class for submission to Customer after alignment with internal stakeholders by providing market insights, customer decision making criteria and pricing strategies to maximize conversion to order. Work closely with the market intelligence team to build a pipeline of new leads and opportunities in the CDMO space to achieve sales targets. Convert Sales Qualified Leads into Opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning TAPI solutions to generate sales; track progress in CRM.
