Sous Chef - Babel Restaurant
Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle, opened in 2021, is the first hotel of the Hyatt Regency brand in Switzerland. Located in the sustainable The Circle district at Zurich Airport, it offers 255 hotel rooms, the Babel Restaurant, and the Bar Iris. Direct access to The Circle Convention Center, one of Switzerland's largest, makes it a prime venue for hosting conferences and events.
Embark on a Lebanese culinary journey at Babel Restaurant and prepare expertly crafted mezze dishes for a unique lunch or dinner experience for our guests. As Sous Chef, you will support the Chef de Cuisine in the daily operations in the Babel Kitchen, ensuring the team maintains high-quality standards and that dishes leave the kitchen on time. You will also be responsible for training and developing the team, ensuring compliance with ISO22000 standards.
Qualifications:
Strong background in kitchen operations within a hotel environment.
Strong personality to drive the team towards operational excellence.
Fluency in English.
Creative and hands-on approach to culinary tasks.
