* In-depth knowledge of strategic project management methodologies, frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and governance best practices.
* Expertise in financial management, including project budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex risks and anticipate challenges in a transformative environment.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
