Main duties & responsibilitiesConduct/Lead internal audits to assess, enhance, and optimize processes related to operations, risk management, controls, and governanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams and different stakeholders to evaluate and identify potential risks within different business unitsGather observations, and prepare detailed and accurate audit reports, outlining findings, recommendations, and opportunities for improvementDevelop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulationsStay informed about industry best practices and regulatory updates to ensure the audit process aligns with evolving standardsProvide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on audit findingsParticipate in the annual audit planning process and assist in preparing audit committee presentations, including tracking audit action itemsContribute to the development of processes and tools within the audit functionUtilize advanced data analytics to extract meaningful insights and identify trends in financial and operational dataDesign and implement data-driven audit procedures to increase efficiency and effectivenessCompetenciesAdvanced experience in leading internal/external audits, risk management activities, or related fieldsExperience engaging at a management level during audit projectsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment and take initiativeHunger for learning and personal growthSelf-starter with dynamism, drive, and a results-oriented mindsetAffinity for, and some experience with, manufacturing businessesCareer-focused with eagerness to progress within our GroupEducation & ExperienceA minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
