Join our dynamic Global Investor Relations and Corporate Communications team as a Corporate Communications Manager. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape our corporate narrative, strengthen our brand presence, and lead innovative communication initiatives across regions and functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of our organization as we redefine leadership in our industry. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, helping to craft and share our story with the world.
Key Responsibilities
Media and Public Relations:
1. Drive cross-regional and cross-functional PR efforts, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
2. Build and nurture relationships with media contacts globally, while managing and proactively responding to media inquiries.
3. Contribute to crisis communication strategies and support investor relations activities.
Strategic Communication:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies, storylines, and messaging to establish thought leadership and enhance brand recognition.
2. Write and distribute press releases, articles, reports, and other publications for trade and public media outlets.
Content Development:
1. Manage overall projects, including copywriting, for Annual Report and other publications.
2. Create engaging content for social media channels, corporate reports, and internal communication initiatives.
3. Design and deliver compelling presentations for executives and other key stakeholders.
Analysis and Reporting:
1. Conduct media impact analyses and aggregate relevant clippings for internal use.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
1. A Bachelor’s degree with journalistic or agency training is required.
2. A Master’s degree in economics, politics, communications, public relations, or media studies is highly preferred.
Experience:
1. Several years of relevant professional experience in a publicly traded company of comparable size.
2. A proven track record of managing diverse projects across time zones, cultures, and priorities.
Skills and Attributes:
1. Exceptional storytelling ability, with a flair for translating complex topics into engaging narratives.
2. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in German or other languages is a strong plus).
3. Expertise in media relations and content development, with strong organizational and project management skills.
4. A collaborative, hands-on team player with an intercultural mindset and attention to detail.
