The role of Account Manager, Aroma Ingredients is pivotal in driving growth and revenue generation for the Aroma business. This position presents attractive opportunities for incremental value creation by allocating capacity not assigned to global key accounts.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth and revenue generation for regional and distributor customer portfolios
* Contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by providing 'what if' scenarios to achieve commercial and inventory targets
* Continuously identify and capitalize on opportunities for additional value creation
* E nsure seamless execution of the sales process within our systems
* Align and execute strategies, projects, and innovation/new business development activities efficiently
You Will Bring:
* A minimum of 7 years' experience in a Commercial role, preferably in the Aroma Ingredients space
* A Master's degree in Business Administration or a life science discipline (or equivalent)
* Broad experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to balance competing goals (sales, inventory) for the best overall outcome
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and German is an asset
* Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
* An inquiring mind and aptitude for customer relationship management
