Celeroton TurboCell is a Swiss based fast-growing technology leader developing and manufacturing high-speed turbo compressors and drive systems using gas bearings for fuel cell applications. The company is based in Volketswil and sells its products worldwide for a broad range of applications including automotive, stationary, marine and aerospace industry.
To support our ongoing growth, we are looking to strengthen our R&D team.
Your tasks:
1. Planning of verification procedures and tests for commissioning of turbo compressor prototypes as well as for established product developments (single function, assembly and overall system tests)
2. Process definition and support in turbo compressor prototype assembly
3. Post-processing, analysis and documentation of test results in cooperation with development engineers as well as joint development and implementation of improvements
4. Design, construction and commissioning of new prototype and series test benches with the associated measuring equipment and installations
Our requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ETH/UNI/FH) or comparable education
2. Experience in the field of measurement technology and test bench design, ideally in the areas of mechanics, electrical engineering and programming
3. Joy and flair for a pragmatic, conscientious and structured way of working combined with attention to detail
4. Application knowledge of 3D CAD (e.g. Autodesk Inventor)
5. Experience in the field of mechanical system validation and data post-processing is an advantage
6. Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
