An Exciting Opportunity at W Verbier
You will assist the Venues Manager in short- and long-term planning and day-to-day operations, ensuring high-level service according to W standards and the original concept. You will help develop, implement, and maintain quality standards for the venue. Interacting with guests is key to providing a positive experience. You will also supervise team members.
The Ideal Candidate
We seek an experienced leader who has managed teams in high-end, lifestyle environments. You must be passionate about the W brand and eager to join our pre-opening team. A keen eye for styling trends and staying 'in the know' is essential. Attention to detail and striving for perfection are must-haves. Your excellent people skills, upbeat attitude, and creativity will enable you to think outside the box and drive innovation.
Required Profile
A background in a 5-star hotel is necessary. Fluency in French and English is required. You must be highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. A genuine interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance is desired.
