Remuneration can come in one of the 3 forms: Directors Fees, Salary, or a percentage of quarterly profits.
The Role You will be responsible for:
Designing business plans in line with the Company's strategy and objectives.
Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience within an Admin Assistant or Business Manager / Chief of Staff role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
Prior experience within a startup would be a strong advantage.
You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
