We are looking for a Business Support Assistant to reinforce our Institutional FX Desk within our Global Sales HQ department. Your daily job will be as follows:
* Support the Institutional FX Sales with onboarding of new clients.
* Daily monitoring of smooth execution and settlement dashboard and coordination of solutions.
* Assist Sales with initial contact with prospects and onboarding initiation, as well as continuous follow-up until submission of the application to compliance.
* Provide full support to Sales team members to ensure a high service level and meet team targets.
* Handle incoming calls from prospects, clients, and other departments.
* Handle general internal and external correspondence and mailing.
* Coordinate with other departments (Legal and Compliance, FXBO, Payments) on all operational day-to-day questions.
* Assist Sales in preparing Expos and Conferences, and follow up after the event with leads.
* Conduct market research together with Sales.
* Perform other administration/sales tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
* Graduated from a Bachelor or a Master in Economics, Finance, Management, or Business Administration.
* Turkish and English speaker (mother tongue or fluent), with working proficiency in French; any other language is a plus.
* A previous experience of a minimum of 1 year in customer care or relationship management in a financial services context is mandatory.
* Rigorous, with a great sense of priorities and excellent organizational skills.
* Strong communication skills and a talent for efficiency.
* Open-minded, team-oriented spirit, capable of working under pressure.
