Bulgari-Horlogerie SA seeks a talented individual to strengthen its Export Europe & Africa Sales Force.
Reporting to the Export & E-Business Sales Perfumes Senior Manager, this role is responsible for commercial and marketing activities within European and African domestic markets (excluding Affiliates).
Key Responsibilities
In close collaboration with local partners, drive strategic and commercial business development of Bulgari Parfums in the market, ensuring excellence of execution at Point of Sale.
Monitor market activities, assess distribution compliance with Bulgari guidelines, and enhance performance through sales analysis, marketing plans review, and sharing best practices.
Lead direct negotiations at retail level for strategic projects, support distributors on key projects and new business opportunities.
Manage client relationships and area Profit & Loss (P&L) with the objective of improving Operating Profit and Contribution Margin.
Create yearly and long-term business plans for territories of competency, leveraging local specificities and dynamics while aligning with the company's strategy and DNA.
Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including distributor ownership/management, retail partners, Media/PR community, and JWA DOS & Franchisee.
Foster collaboration with Sales Marketing and Trade Marketing teams, creating synergies with the Travel Retail channel to ensure efficiency, impact, and brand visibility.
Requirements
At least 5 years of international sales experience, preferably in the fragrance or luxury industry.
Strong negotiation skills and proven track-record in sales and business strategic planning and execution.
Excellent knowledge of P&L management and profit optimization, with proficiency in IT reporting tools.
Fluency in French and English, with any additional language an advantage.
Flexible and mobile for ±40% business travel in Europe and Africa, with the ability to communicate, negotiate, influence, and build trust in a multi-cultural environment.
