Swiss Professionals is a brand new startup company that is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (minimum experienced junior to intermediate level) who is available to do on demand assignments on a part time, non-contractual / freelancer basis to start with, with potential to grow to a more dedicated role. Initial work will include scope of activities related directly to Swiss Professionals (LinkedIn content creation, website content, services definition, organic growth, etc.) in addition to working with client requirements as part of the Swiss Professionals professional services. Strong preference for a candidate with Wix experience.
Candidate Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Content Creation
Develop and upload copy, images, and videos for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
Create engaging content for email campaigns, social posts, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions
Social Media Management
Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, creating visuals (with design team support), and engaging with followers
Monitor social media metrics to optimize performance and increase brand awareness
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct keyword research and optimize website pages for search engines (on-page SEO)
Track website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and recommend improvements to boost rankings
Data Analysis
Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics
Provide regular performance reports to management or clients with actionable insights
Email Marketing
Plan and execute email campaigns with segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
Ensure email content is customer-focused with persuasive calls-to-action
Event Coordination (Optional)
Schedule webinars or online workshops and manage event-related communication
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., design or growth teams) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies across channels
Communicate proactively with team members to meet deadlines and achieve campaign goals
Candidate Profile
Education
Graduate from marketing program or current student in minimum 2nd or 3rd year
Certificate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Journalism
Certificate in Digital Media or related discipline
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
Practical exposure through internships, freelance projects, or personal campaigns is highly valued
A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, SEO projects, social media management, or content creation is advantageous
Technical Skills
Knowledge and minimum intermediate experience with Wix
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Basic experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
Experience with Office 365 suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Problem-solving and analytical thinking to assess campaign performance.
Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency for global communication
